Returns & Exchanges

KidSuper accepts returns and exchanges for unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that limited-edition drops and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items with all original tags attached and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
